What Drives Us<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Hey, you made it to the mission page! That means you’re curious about what we’re all about, and we love that. So here’s the deal: We’re Christian Bayerlein and Bj\u00f6rn Lubetzki, and we’re on a mission to make the tech world more inclusive. We believe that technology should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Problem<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We’ve noticed that there’s a significant gap between tech companies and the disabled community. Whether it’s biased AI training data or poorly designed user interfaces, the tech industry often overlooks the needs of people with disabilities. And that’s a problem we’re determined to fix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Innovate<\/strong>: We’re not just talkers; we’re doers. From 3D-printed wheelchair parts to EMG-controlled drones, we’re always working on projects that push the envelope.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Share Knowledge<\/strong>: Through workshops, speaking engagements, and online resources, we aim to share what we’ve learned and inspire others to join the cause.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Connect People<\/strong>: We aim to connect people with disabilities to tech companies and startups. We believe that firsthand experiences and insights are invaluable in creating more inclusive products.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
